GLOBE.... In India. Schools.... 1700 Schools Participating. Students.... Millions of Students Learning. Teachers.... A key to the success of the GLOBE Program. GLOBE Measurement.... A gift of better understanding of our environment both locally and globally. A Complete Learning Educationally Meaningful Program. GLOBE Program fostered the creation of a countrywide green-network, comprised of students and teachers in collaboration with environmental scientists for the purpose of generating knowledge about the environment.

GLOBE environmental measurements are in four study areas: Atmosphere/Climate, Hydrology, Land Cover/Biology, and Soils. The following are the details of the instruments required for each study area.
